SBI (Sparks Business Institute)  has an experienced workforce that is intimately familiar with every aspect of business training and consulting.  SBI's parent company, SCS LLC began as a small business marketing and support company in 1985 helping customers market their businesses through Public Relations, Advertising and Promotions.  Ever cognoscente of the client needs and goals, SBI listened to the voice of their customers, adding coaching, training and business turnaround in 2003 when the company moved into its current realm of helping its clients  through the  processes of Industrial/Organizational (I/O) Psychology.

We diligently study the workplace, both the cultural and vocational aspects, helping corporations and employees reach their chosen potential.  Global competition has demanded that people go the extra step; with SBI on your team, we can show you how.

Through a system of business analysis we create an action plan with your company goals leading the way.  In effect we are handing you a pair of 3D glasses to take a good look at the problem.  The action plan offers a 3D view of the facts so that the company owners can knowledgeably "Debate, Define, and Delegate" the path toward success.  The plan outlines to the business owner what steps they can take to cut dead wood, assess the skills gap and guide their employees to their potential, allowing the company to grow and prosper in the process.

As in all businesses, you have to have the tools.  SBI provides just that with the support, experience and knowledge you need. 

We generally charge by the hour for our consulting services. However, some projects can occasionally be quoted at a fixed price. We often recommend to new clients that they consider this per-project option during an evaluation phase. New clients also use our hourly support when they need immediate assistance.

SBI can help make sure you're getting the right tools, training and services to match your business requirements and objectives. We'll meet with you to fully understand your situation, budget, desires, timeline, and expectations. We will even create an estimates on  services to give you an idea of what your Return On Investment will be before you take that next step.

By providing an assessment you will know what you currently have and where you would like to go.  This is the first priority in any goal. At SBI, our assessment service is the key to your defining your success strategy. We sit down with you and get an understanding of your business goals and objectives. We then gather all the relevant data as to how your current work place is functioning. Afterwards, we perform a gap analysis and provide you with a road map to achieve your goals and objectives in a cost-effective and timely manner.
