Sparks Business Institute (SBI) is sought out to work with entrepreneurs as well as senior executives at leading institutions. CEO, Dr Sherron Sparks, teaches Industrial/Organizational Psychology courses; and Small Business Management, International Business, Labor and Industry classes at a Big Ten University. She also does public speaking on business and women's issues.
While others eek to profit by cutting corners, or recommending unnecessary services to customers, the SBI believes that a genuinely caring about the needs of their clients and consistent service will reap bigger profits in the long run.
Dr. Sherron Sparks grew up in Central Pennsylvania, helping on the family farm and watching her entrepreneurial parent experience the joys and frustrations of each owning their own businesses to keep the small farm going. Working on the family farm from the age of 8, Dr Sparks learned responsibility early on. She learned that business is more than earning money, it is a job well done and chores completed for survival. While most employees never have to take their job this serious, CEOs and top level executives feel this responsibility; thus her decision to coach and support executives.
With over ten years of coaching and training, Dr Sparks is founder and CEO of Sparks Business Institute. Her business, counseling and educational background makes her especially effective in working with entrepreneurs, executives, and their teams. Dr. Sparks has an uncanny ability to build leaders, happiness, wealth, and deep, lasting satisfaction in life.
Sparks Business Institute (SBI) was founded in 2003 by Sherron Sparks Ph.D. with the vision of creating a practice that treats every business client and individual with dignity, helping them to become all they envision themselves to be. The office staff at SBI are highly-trained and exceptionally friendly.

Elaine spent over 24 years as an Event Coordinator for one of the largest health care software companies in the region. She coordinated numerous health care conferences, as well as trained in multiple subjects for over the years.
Her attention to detail is one of the strong points of her job at SBI making sure that the materials are impeccable. She also does the quarterly newsletter, brochures and general coordination for the training side of the business.
Elaine is an excellent writer and is often found adding new exciting aspects to the training materials.
